With this third extension, a Joomla Administrator Module to be more precise, you can analyze your content to find the most relevant words on it. When we need to get visibility on search engines the first step that should be done is to search for used terms that best describe the meaning of our site. More precisely, we should search for search terms that best describes the content of our pages or, from another point of view, we should optimize our pages contents to have a set of RELEVANT WORDS that corresponds to the most used SEARCH TERMS that we must have already selected.
Internet Search Engine Optimization mean that we should optimize our content and NOT the search terms. Search terms are what they are, indifferently from what we want. People search things using certain search terms and not the terms that we desire. Therefore we need to optimize our contents considering these terms to attract traffic on our pages. To search the most used terms you can use a simply and FREE OF CHARGE software that you can find on http://www.goodkeywords.com/ or wait for the JooFox Keywords Finder.
When you know the terms that people are using for search you and/or sites similar to your, you can start to write the contents. When you choose the search terms to optimize for, don't select keywords that seems to be searched millions of times. If these terms are too searched as said you can be sure that a lot of people are already optimizing their pages for these ones. Follow always this simple law: choice, from the terms that best describes your field, all words that is searched for an amount of time equal or minor of to the 10% of the most searched term (keyword).
Don't worry if certain terms contain more words. You should think to these words as SINGLE WORDS. Remember that you should not select too many keywords (and therefore too many single words) because the more keywords you will choice, the less your keywords ranking value will be. Well, now you can write your contents.
Create an article and use JooFoxContent Analyzer to check what words are going the MOST RELEVANT WORDS. JooFox Content Analyzer is projected to be less invasive as possible and for this reason it is an Administrator Module. Being an Administrator Module it can be visualized at bottom of the page when you are editing a content. While you are editing the text, JooFox is thinking to the rest. You can see on the bottom an analysis of the TOP RELEVANT WORDS that show you how search engine will see you content. You must create a text that expose the right relevant words. the right relevant words are YOUR SELECTED KEYWORDS (the most used search terms).
When you have created a good content use the top relevant words to compile also the TITLE ALIAS and therefore to obtain great advantages through the use of JooFox Content Header and JooFox Content Title. While you are editing the content you will need only to click the APPLY button to save changes and update the relevant words analysis. On the bottom of the editing page you can see a table divided in three section. The first contain the result of the INTRO TEXT analysis. The second contain the results of the FULL TEXT analysis. The last contain the INTRO + FULL TEXTS analysis.
JooFox Content Analyzer execute for you these three analysis because you need to optimize all sections of your contents as also the entire content. When you connect a content to the frontend this can be done in various mode. You can show, for example, only the INTRO TEXT on a news table and the FULL TEXT only when an user follow the 'read more...' link. In other case you can visualize the entire content on the frontpage or as destination for a menu voice. Whatever you do, the contents must be optimized in all sections because if you have a lot of optimized contents you can be sure that your pages will be normally optimized.
It's important you understand that content not mean page! With JooFox Content Analyzer we are analyzing, and therefore optimizing, the content and not the page. The page is what we see on the frontend and it is composed of our content plus module output and other things. It's simply to understand that if we have other text elements into our page, beyond our content, the keywords relevancy will be changed for sure. But this is not a problem for now because we need to start optimizing the contents in theirself. We will discover in the future that is possible to boost the contents relevancy to obscure the other parts of the pages. We will learn this when JooFox Pages Analyzer will be released.
Installing JooFox Content Analyzer is very simple but I need to ask you to install another Administrator template before installing the Module. This is important because in the standard Joomla Administrator template we do not have a convenient area to associate external module as JooFox Content Analyzer. However don't worry, it's simple and it will not damage your back-end. This new template is called Joomatic Admin Template and is based on the standard Joomla 1.0.12 one. It will be also the default template for all who will want to use the new exiting Joomatic Extension that will come very soon.
First you need to download the modified template.
Joomatic Admin Template is an Administrator Template and therefore it must be installed under the "Installers->Templates - Admin" section as reported below:
When you have uploaded and installed the new template you need to make it the default. To do that go to the "Sites->Template Manager->Administrator Templates" section as reported below:
and set the Joomatic Admin template as Default.
ATTENTION! If you are already using a personalized Administrator Template on your Joomla installation, and therefore you don't want to change it, I want to point you on how is SIMPLE to update your template code to include a "zone" that make work JooFox Content Analyzer. If it is not you case, simply jump to read directly after this red text.
You should only to go into Sites->Template Manager->Administrator Templates as described by the last screenshot. When here instead of selecting a template to make the Default one you should selected the currently running template and after click on the "Edit HTML" button.
You will redirected to an editing page that show you the code of you template. Be sure that the file is WRITEABLE. You can see that from the message at the center top of the screen. This message can be GREEN or RED. It is red you need to make writeable (chmod 0666) your template "index.php" file.
It the message is GREEN everything is ok and therefore you can proceed to search for this text into the editing area:

and then click to save to write the changes. That's it. You have done all what have to be done. If you reenter into the editing mode, check that all has been made correcly simply seeing if the code, near the zone where you have apported the changes, is now the same of that below reported:

OK. Your installation is now compatible with the JooFox Content Analyzer. Simply, Fast and Secure.
Now you can download the JooFox Content Analyzer package and install it. When
downloaded install the package using the administrative panel of your
Joomla installation. To do that go to Installers->Modules as reported
below.
Use the Browse... button to select the
downloaded file from your system and after click on Upload. When the
process will be ended Joomla should say you that everything is done and
you should see a "Success" string on the screen.
At this point you must
go into the Modules->Administrator Modules section to publish it. You should click on the name of this module, JooFox Content Analyzer, to enter in its control panel where you must set the "Position" to the "user1" value. Click on save and you have successfully installed your personal content analyzer. Now you can start to editing and doing pratically what we have learned until now.
